Dhyey EAM - Indent Management

An integration solution for EAM – CMMS and Indent management with Dynamics 365 Business Central

The use of this extended solution is intended for material management in maintenance planning and activity. The material forecast is the maintenance planner's projection of how many spare items are required during specific periods to meet the maintenance activities. The user can export forecasted items to MS Demand Forecast.

Prerequisite: In order to utilize this extended add-on/solution, it is necessary that you have both the Dhyey Enterprise Asset Management (CMMS) and Dhyey Indent Management products developed by Dhyey Consulting Services Pvt Ltd.

* A Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) / Enterprise Asset Management Software (EAM) / Tool Maintenance system helps asset-intensive organizations to digitally plan, track, measure, and optimize all maintenance activities. It also logs maintenance and repair records, locates the parts and resources required, tracks associated costs, and manages related workflows.

CMMS intends to change maintenance from a reactive, paper-based method to a proactive, automated, and data-driven approach.

The use of software features can enhance overall productivity and reduce costs, procurement, risk, compliance, and asset disposal.

CMMS solution focuses on availability of asset and uptime by Setup, preventive and calibration maintenance plans and schedules with time based and usage-based frequency. Creates work orders for the planned maintenance and unplanned repair of assets.

* Organize purchase process, requisitions, prepare an inquiry, compare quotations, and place an order.

Indent Management System (IMS) addon is a complete solution in Dynamics 365 Business Central procurement process. By indent, Procurement department analyses the need of items / services, refer purchase and consumption history, plan procurement and estimating the cost.

It simplifies and centralizes the process of purchase requisition, request for quotation, send enquiry email, quote comparison, material issue for non-production use and return it back to store.
